These Terms govern the digital business card design and hosting service ("Service") provided by MD Capital — Mohannad Diak Capital (Licence No. CN-6421144, Abu Dhabi, UAE) ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
We design a digital business card and host it at a shareable link / QR code on your behalf. Card appearance, tiers and pricing are as shown on our website at the time of order.
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Same-day delivery is available as a paid add-on. Timeframes are targets and may vary for custom or VIP work.
Each card is a personalised / custom digital product. Once design or production has begun, fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before work has started, contact us at md@mdiak.com and we will consider a refund at our reasonable discretion.
We may update, suspend, deactivate or revoke a card link in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, a lawful request, or at your own request. A revoked link will stop displaying the card.
Our templates, designs, software and the MD Capital brand remain our property. Content you supply remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.
Cards are hosted on third-party infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Questions: md@mdiak.com.
This Policy explains how MD Capital handles personal data when you use the Service.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed using trusted service providers (for example, hosting/database and email delivery) acting on our behalf to run the Service.
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legitimate record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Uploaded payment proofs are retained for approximately 90 days.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to deactivate your card, by emailing md@mdiak.com. We handle such requests in line with applicable UAE data-protection principles.
We use HTTPS encryption, access-controlled administration, and data minimisation. We do not store your bank login or card-payment credentials — payment is made directly by bank transfer to our account.
A single link and QR code that opens a premium profile — one tap to save your contact, message you on WhatsApp, call, email or view your links. No app needed.
Fill in the form on our site, choose a package, place your order, pay by bank transfer, and upload your payment proof. We deliver within 48 hours.
By bank transfer to the account shown on your invoice. After paying, you upload your transfer screenshot on the secure link we provide.
Within 48 hours of payment confirmation. A same-day urgent option is available for an additional fee.
Yes — edits can be made on request. VIP cards include priority edits.
Yes. It works on any modern smartphone with no app to install.
Yes — we offer Team packages and a VIP "Your Brand" option matched to your company's colours and logo.
